Returns 
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item post marked within 14 calendar days of receipt for refund less the shipping charges. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges 
For exchange please place a new order for the product before returning your original purchase. Then contact us at ThaiShinsllc@gmail.com to return your original order.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of returned item and send you an email.

International Orders
Please note that we can not under any circumstances, offer any refund or replacement for international orders that are lost, damaged, unclaimed or undeliverable. International customers will be responsible for paying any customer fees and duties.
